Official HYROX Gym in Hull

Graft House Gym is proud to be an official HYROX affiliate, offering specialised HYROX workouts every Saturday at 8 am. As the largest HYROX affiliate in the Hull and East Riding region, our sessions are popular, regularly attracting up to 40 people. HYROX is a global fitness competition combining 8km of running with eight functional workout stations, making it an intense yet accessible challenge. We also host 2 HYROX races each year, giving our members the opportunity to test their fitness on a larger stage.

    Based on Pickering Road in Hull, Graft House Gym is Hull’s largest functional fitness gym. The gym is kitted out with a full range of gym equipment including treadmills, bikes, ski machines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings and much more.
