Functional Fitness Classes

Check out our Graft Sessions: 1 hour, small-group fitness classes in Hull that cover everything from bodyweight exercises to high-intensity interval training. Graft House Training Facility

Based on Pickering Road in Hull, Graft House Gym is Hull’s largest functional fitness gym. The gym is kitted out with a full range of gym equipment including treadmills, bikes, ski machines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings and much more. In 2023 we became an official Hyrox affiliated gym. No matter what your current fitness levels are or what you goals are, at Graft House we have everything you need to achieve amazing results.

Matty Davies Personal Trainer

I’m Matty Davies, a qualified personal trainer based in Hull, East Yorkshire and the founder & owner of Graft House. I’m not your ordinary personal trainer though, I use my background as a professional athlete to get the best results for my clients. I use a unique mix of proven fitness programs such as high intensity interval & functional training to push people out of their comfort zone and help them achieve results they didn’t think possible.
