Small Group Personal Training
Experience the benefits of personalised coaching in a focused setting with our Small Group Personal Training sessions. The sessions are capped at 6 people per session with a choice of 12 sessions per week (6am, 7am, 4pm and 6pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Our coaches provide personalised exercises, weekly KPI assessments, and individualised nutritional guidance, ensuring every workout is effective and aligned with your fitness journey. Enjoy the support and motivation of a small group while receiving the attention you need to succeed. You can take advantage of our small group PT sessions on our Premium Membership, or, for new members, we offer a 1 month trial for £99.
What to Expect
What to expect after signing up for the SGPT 1 month trial
1. Initial Consultation and Personal Plan
From the minute you inquire about our SGPT service, we are fully focused on giving you the best individual experience possible. You will receive a message or call from James, Graft House Gym’s head coach and lead for the SGPT programme. He will arrange a 30-minute meeting with you to go over all your questions and the goals we aim to achieve together. Relevant information such as weight, body fat percentage, and current fitness level will be collected, and a detailed personal plan tailored to your training will be created. You will then be added to our online app, where you can receive support from James on nutrition and any questions you might have.
2. Arrival and Social Time
You arrive at your first SGPT session 10 minutes early to have a debrief and share a few laughs with the other five SGPT members. A coffee will be offered at every session, as we want you to feel comfortable, and a bit of caffeine is a great way to start the session!
3. Warm-Up and Main Workout
James will then guide you through a warm-up with individual exercises tailored to your goals and needs. The main workout will include a strength training component in every session, typically featuring a squat, deadlift, and an upper body push or pull exercise to help you become stronger and more efficient. We then like to finish with a good sweat and a push at YOUR pace and YOUR level.
4. Cool down and debrief
Our SGPT sessions always end with a 15-minute chat about the workout and an opportunity to ask any further questions you may have. This is what sets SGPT apart from our other services. With only six participants per class, we can truly support everyone individually to the best of our ability. We want to make your time with us not only worthwhile but something you genuinely enjoy and look forward to attending three times per week!

Graft House Training Facility
Based on Pickering Road in Hull, Graft House Gym is Hull’s largest functional fitness gym.
