James has been coaching for 4 years after qualifying during his time in the military and has spent 10+ years training. James specialises in functional fitness programming and particularly loves a strength block. Alongside our other coaches, James coaches sessions, offers 1-1 PT, 1-2 PT and additionally, online coaching. James is a firm believer that fitness is for everyone and likes to look into lifestyle factors including sleep, stress management, recovery and nutrition.
