    Matty Davies is a highly experienced personal trainer and retired professional ice hockey player who has competed at the highest levels, including the UK’s Elite league as well as representing Great Britain. With a keen understanding of what it takes to be in peak physical form, he offers a wealth of expertise to any project or collaboration. If you’re looking to partner up or simply gain insights from his extensive journey, Matty is readily available for discussions that align with your schedule and commitments.

  • Nikki Buttrick

    Nikki is a Sport Rehabilitation graduate, ex teacher and coach with a breadth of experience in training and delivering group sessions. Her earlier passions involved figure skating and dance which transferred into weightlifting, nutrition and creating a healthy balanced lifestyle. Nikki loves any workout with a squat clean and specialises in lower body/glute based training. She’ll push you to achieve your goals with a caring touch. If she’s not coaching on the gym floor, she’ll be working behind the scenes at Grafthouse, on hand to support our members.

  • James Tyas

    James has been coaching for 4 years after qualifying during his time in the military and has spent 10+ years training. James specialises in functional fitness programming and particularly loves a strength block. Alongside our other coaches, James coaches sessions, offers 1-1 PT, 1-2 PT and additionally, online coaching. James is a firm believer that fitness is for everyone and likes to look into lifestyle factors including sleep, stress management, recovery and nutrition. Whatever your ability and goal, James is confident he’ll get you there through knowledge and support!

    Connor is a qualified personal trainer, with vast experience of performing in elite set ups across Rugby League. Progressing out of the Hull FC system, before now developing at Sheffield Eagles. Connor has a wide knowledge of what’s required to perform at high standards, and a passion into showcasing this into the functional fitness game.
