Personal Training Terms & Conditions

By entering into a monthly personal training plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment: You agree to pay your chosen training plan fee promptly every 4 weeks on a date of your choosing (this must be the same date each month). You may choose to pay electronically or in cash; a receipt will be given upon transaction.

Plan Selection: You may select a different training plan each month, if you wish, but these terms and conditions remain the same regardless of the plan you choose.

Session Redemption: It is your responsibility to redeem the allocated number of training sessions within your desired plan within a 4-week period.

Holiday Notice: If you have holidays booked, you must inform your trainer of the dates as soon as possible.

Holiday Planning: It is your responsibility to redeem your training sessions beforehand to cause minimal disruption to your training schedule. Any training sessions missed as a result of poor holiday planning will not be redeemable after the monthly session end date.

Illness or Unforeseen Circumstances: If you cannot attend a training session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., work commitments), you must inform your trainer as soon as possible and rearrange an alternative date within the 4-week training plan period.

Missed Sessions: If you fail to attend or redeem your allocated number of training sessions within the 4-week period, you understand that you are not entitled to any refund for missed sessions, nor can you redeem these sessions after the period has ended.

Plan Termination: If you wish to terminate your plan, you must give your trainer at least 4 weeks’ notice. Any remaining sessions should be redeemed within those 4 weeks.

Trainer Availability: If your trainer cannot attend one of your training sessions, they must inform you as soon as possible and allow you to rearrange at a suitable time and date, which may fall outside of the typical 4-week training plan period if it is not possible to rearrange during that time.

Everyone will go through a free consultation with the training where you will outline your goals etc and also your desired training times.

You are agreeing to sign up to a 12 week membership.

The payments of £179 will be collected on the 1st of each month. You are agreeing to give at least 4 weeks notice period if you wish to stay on the membership or to cancel your current membership.
