Functional Fitness Classes Hull
Our Graft Sessions are small group workouts for up to 18 people that we run daily from our gym in Hull. The 1 hour sessions are suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels and are a great way to fit a workout into your day either before or after work.
The sessions are functional training workouts and incorporate a range of different exercises including bodyweight exercises, high intensity interval training, functional training, weightlifting and cardio.

New To Functional Training?
New to functional fitness? Don’t sweat it. At Graft House Gym, our team of experienced trainers is dedicated to helping you get started. They’ll guide you through the basics, ensuring you understand the key principles and techniques essential for your fitness journey. This approach makes it easier for newcomers to integrate smoothly into our fitness community and start working towards their goals.
Graft Sessions / HYROX
For new customers keen to experience what we have to offer without a long-term commitment, we provide a 1 month trial for just £40. With a straightforward one-off payment, you’ll gain unlimited access to all our classes for a month, with no restrictions on the number of sessions you can attend.
What to Expect
What to expect on your first session at Graft House
1. Arrive at Graft House
Arrive 5-10 mins early, wait in the reception area inside GH. One of our Graft House coaches will introduce themselves to you and check you in on our WodBoard app. Meet everyone else in the class and get ready for the workout brief.
2. Start The Session
The coach will then go through the warm up with everyone at the white board and then help you through it. Then the coach will brief the main workout and go through any scaling options and alternative exercises for you for the workout. You will go through the workout which will consist of functional fitness exercises. Improving your strength, endurance, power and overall fitness!
3. Finish the Session & Debrief
Get the workout smashed and fist bumps for everyone! We will set 5-10 mins aside at the end of all our sessions to de-brief with you and go through any questions. We are intent on helping you reach your goals.

Graft House Training Facility
Based on Pickering Road in Hull, Graft House Gym is Hull’s largest functional fitness gym. The gym is kitted out with a full range of gym equipment including treadmills, bikes, ski machines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings and much more. In 2023 we became an official Hyrox affiliated gym. No matter what your current fitness levels are or what you goals are, at Graft House we have everything you need to achieve amazing results.
