Strength & Conditioning for Every Team
Our Sports Teams Sessions are designed to improve strength, fitness and team performance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Trusted by elite squads such as Hull FC and Hull Seahawks, as well as local rugby and football clubs, these sessions are suitable for all sports teams and blend functional strength training, conditioning circuits and sport-specific drills.
Sessions take place at Graft House Gym, Hull’s largest functional fitness facility, and are led by experienced coaches who ensure every workout is challenging yet scalable for all abilities. Whether you are in pre-season, mid-season or looking for an off-season boost, the training will help build explosive power, improve endurance and strengthen team cohesion.
We run sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm, and Saturdays at 10:00am. Teams can attend together or players can drop in individually. Every session lasts around an hour and is designed to get the very best out of every athlete.
